DLT Update : (Template Registration time Period: December 15th 2020 - March 7th 2021)

Dear Customers,

As per TRAI Guidelines Bulk Sms service will work only for customers who registered DLT (KYC) and got Headers approved under DLT platform effective today 1-6-2020.

  • Step 1: DLT Registration
  • Step 2: Header/Sender ID Registration
  • Step 3: Template Registration

we request you to take Template approval as soon as possible. Template validation will start from March 7th 2021. Before this all content templates need to be approved under the Dlt platform.

Also Http Api users your sms gateway is going to change please change the API parameters accordingly.

Note: Without Entity I'd, Header I'd , and Template I'd registration Sms will not deliver from March 7th 2021.

DLT Registration Process

Step1: DLT Registration

1) Fill registration form and upload KYC documents.
2) After approval of documents you will get 19 digit Entity ID.

Step2: Header /Sender ID Registration

1) Create sender ids and take approval from operator.
2) Transactional: Should be exactly 6 character/alphabets.
3) Promotional: Should be exact 6 numbers / numeric.

Step3: Template Registration

1) Two types - Fixed and Dynamic.
2) Variables can be added in Dynamic template (Variable lenght is upto 30 Characters).

Do's

1) Link Sender id to template while creating.
2) For Regional language template - Copy & Paste the content.
3) For next line type: \n

Don'ts

1) Dont use double space while creating template.
2) Do not select 2 variables side by side.
3) Do not edit variable, once selected.

NOTE

1) After approval - Make sure your Entity id / Sender id / Templates are created properly in our SMS Application.
